Kisha Ferguson - Lead Negotiator

Kisha is a High School SPED teacher in our district. She is a graduate of MPUSD and worked as Classified staff before joining Certificated.

Sara Prather

Sara has years of experience on our Negotiations team and served as Lead Negotiator twice. Sara is an Elementary school teacher at Olson Elementary.

Rosalyn Book

Rosalyn is an Elementary School teacher at Del Rey Woods who has been Lead Negotiator before and brings experience from negotiating teams in other districts.

Jason Ahmadi

Jason is a Math teacher at Marina High School and also teaches a Leadership for Social Change class. This is his second year on Negotiations and his first as our MBTA Organizing Chair.

Parker Stone

Parker is a Math Teacher at Seaside High School and the Chair of the MBTA Finance Committee.

Kristina Champ

Kristina is a teacher at MPUSD's Digital Academy. She has one child at MHS and also brings a thorough knowledge of our contract & policies having attended many CTA conferences over the years.

Christal Hall - CTA Staff Person

Our team is assisted at the table by Christal Hall, our CTA staff person. Christal advises the team on many things including: Education Law, comparable districts' policies and budgets, and contract language.

At the end of each year our Negotiations team is re-selected. If you are interested, we encourage you to join a committee this year such as Finance or Benefits - where you can learn about some of the details that go into our negotiations. With or without committee experience we look forward to your application!
