Mental Health Resources

You Have Many Options...

Care Solace

Our District has a new partnership with a program called Care Solace. There is a flyer here, but you can call, text or go online & a completely anonymous care provider will match you with mental health or substance abuse therapy that matches your needs and financial options. I met with their representative this morning and was really excited to see how easy & friendly this system is. They will even book the appointments for you! To get in touch you can visit caresolace.com/mpusd, email:weserve@caresolace.org or call or text them at 888.515.0595. NOTE: This resource is also available to your family, to our students and to their families. It is confidential & they will work with anyone whether they have public insurance, private insurance or no insurance at all.

EverSide

We also have a new partnership with EverSide in Monterey, a MCSIG healthcare location. You will pay your normal co-pay but as they are new, there are short wait times & access to a range of resources from psychologists to primary care physicians. Take a look!

Employee Assistance Program - 5 FREE counseling sessions

Don’t forget our Employee Assistance Program that provides 5 free counseling sessions per concern!

You are NOT ALONE if you are feeling that this is your hardest year in education. We work incredibly long hours anyway and the challenges this year are felt across the board. Reach out to your fellow MBTA colleagues, or if you want to just come by the office for a coffee after work one day, know that you are always welcome.
