HOW: As a team, we mostly engage in Interest Based Bargaining, learn more about that HERE.
WHY: We bargain because our students deserve the best. They deserve a qualified educator in every classroom. Get a copy of the 23-24 Bargaining Poster HERE.
WHO: Our bargaining team is made up of full-time educators who volunteer hours of work to advocate for us and our students. Their power at the table is a direct result of how many of us engage in our union. Never forget that the union is not a service you pay for, it is you and your colleagues. Together we advocate for ourselves, our families, and our students.
